Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started Free" on our homepage and sign up using your email address or Google account. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
What information do I need to get started?
You'll need your email address, a secure password, and basic information about your Turo hosting setup. You can add your co-host details and vehicle information after creating your account.
How do I invite my co-host to the platform?
Once logged in, go to your account settings and use the "Invite Co-Host" feature. Your co-host will receive an email invitation to join your shared workspace.
CSV Uploads & Dashboard
What CSV format should I use for my data?
We support standard CSV files with headers. Your data should include columns for dates, amounts, descriptions, and categories. You can download our template from the upload page to ensure proper formatting.
How do I upload my Turo earnings data?
Navigate to the "Upload Data" section in your dashboard, select your CSV file, and follow the guided import process. Our system will automatically categorize and organize your data for easy analysis.
Can I edit or delete uploaded data?
Yes, you can edit individual entries or delete entire datasets from your dashboard. Changes are automatically synced with your co-host if you're sharing data.
How do the dashboard reports work?
Our dashboard provides real-time visualizations of your earnings, expenses, and profit splits. You can filter by date ranges, categories, and view detailed breakdowns for better financial insights.
Billing & Payments
What subscription plans are available?
We offer a free plan with basic features and premium plans with advanced analytics and unlimited data storage. Check our pricing page for current rates and feature comparisons.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your account settings and select "Billing & Payments" to update your credit card or payment information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
How do I download my invoices?
All invoices are automatically generated and sent to your email address. You can also download them from the "Billing History" section in your account settings.
Account & Team Access
How do I change my password?
Go to your account settings and select "Security" to update your password. You'll need to enter your current password and create a new secure password.
Can I have multiple co-hosts on one account?
Yes, you can invite multiple co-hosts to your workspace. Each co-host will have their own login credentials and can access shared data based on your permission settings.
How do I control what data my co-hosts can see?
Use the "Data Sharing" settings to control which datasets and reports your co-hosts can access. You can set different permission levels for each team member.
What happens if I delete my account?
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and shared information. Your co-hosts will lose access to any data you've shared with them.
